Complaints

  • All complaints regarding ticket encoding are handled by the Seller’s Customer Service Center, Bydgoszcz ul. Toruńska 174a tel. (52) 582-27-07.
  • In order to file a complaint, a complaint form available here and in the Customer Service Center needs to be filled out by the client. A filled out form is the only way to effectively file a complaint and have it processed.
  • The transaction’s unique identifier and card number needs to be attached to the complaint form.
  • The client will receive a copy of the filed complaint form.
  • The following complaint types are recognized:
    • Cmplaint regarding the number of the card for which a ticket was bought (after payment but before encoding),
    • Resigning frm ticket encoding after payment,
    • Cmplaint regarding encoding of the ticket (unable to encode) for which a payment was performed.
  • The filed complaint is classified by the Customer Service Center according to the above types, and is registered in a complaint database.
  • The complaint will be processed within 14 days from which it was filed. Complaint findings and results will be communicated to the client by phone.
