New devices in all public transport vehicles in Bydgoszcz intended for the sale of tickets under the Open Payment System (OPS). These tickets are sold electronically (without a traditional printout) and can be paid only with a bank payment card with the Visa PayWave or Mastercard Paypass contactless function. Tickets within the OPS are recorded in the central BKM ticket system, not on the contactless payment card. The contactless payment card in OPS serves only as a transaction identifier. Using the system's new validators, we can also check BKM card's ticket's validity as well as encode tickets bought in the e-store.
