The administrator of the personal data provided is Mennica Polska S.A. ("Mennica") with its registered office in Warsaw (00-854), Al. Jana Pawła II 23.
We will process your personal data in order to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services, the subject of which is to provide the functionality of the account on the site and to enter via the service and performance of the ticket sales contract - the processing of your data for this purpose is based on Article. 6 par. 1 lit. b) GDPR, i.e. the necessity of processing to perform the contract to which you are a party. Providing personal data is a condition for the conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of electronic services, the subject of which is to provide the functionality of an account on the site and purchase tickets through the website.
We will also process your personal data for the purpose of issuing a VAT invoice (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). Providing data in the scope enabling us to issue a VAT invoice is a statutory requirement and results from art. 106e of the Value Added Tax Act.
In addition, your personal data may be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR to determine, assert or defend claims - which is the result of the Mutation's legitimate interests.
Your personal data may be transferred to other entities cooperating with the Mint in the scope and for the purpose in which we use the support of these entities in the area of IT services - and in cases when the law so requires, also state authorities (including all types of authorities, courts and offices).
Your personal data will be stored by us:
1. in the case of data processed for the performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services, the subject of which is to provide the functionality of the account on the site - for the duration of this contract, and after this period until the claims from this contract are time-barred;
2. in the case of data processed for the purpose of conclusion via the website and performance of the ticket sales contract, for the period of the ticket sales contract, and after that period, until the claims from this contract are time-barred;
3. in the case of data processed for issuing a VAT invoice - for the period that the law provides for the retention of issued VAT invoice;
You have the right of access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular in your country of habitual residence, your place of work or the place of perpetration of an alleged violation.
You have the right to lodge an objection for reasons related to your special situation to the processing of your data for the purpose resulting from the implementation of the legitimate interests of the Mint.
